The Make Your Opinion Count: Understanding Job Satisfaction Among Early Childhood Educators Throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes and the County of Haliburton report revealed four key themes:

Emotional labour of the job and time
Relationships (coworkers, supervisors)
System navigation with school relationships
Leadership/Advocacy
