ELQI is looking for your feedback to help with some planning.
This survey is for any educator working in a centre/program in our local early learning and childcare community of City of Kawartha Lakes and County of Haliburton.
Please complete one survey. The survey can be completed one of two ways: either paper or online.
- You can complete the Google Form here or you can stop by the library to complete the Google Form online.
- You can get a paper copy of the survey by printing the document in this post, asking the Early Learning Coordinator who visits your program, or stop by the library during any of the open hours. To submit a paper copy of the survey, you can drop it off during any of the library open times or send it with the Early Learning Coordinator (they will let you know when they need it by to ensure it is returned on time).
The survey will close on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 4 pm.
