Library Open Times for November and December 2024

As the calendar is telling us we are nearing the end of 2024, you will find the Library Open Times for November and December in this post.

If the ELQI or Travelling Tales Libraries are new to you; they are both free libraries for educators working in our local early learning and childcare community within the City of Kawartha Lakes and County of Haliburton. Between the two libraries, there are more than 1600 resources available to borrow and use in your practice! You can find more information about the libraries in this previous blog post.

While I’m not rushing the remainder of 2024 away, I do want to make sure you know that the libraries will be closed from Thursday, December 19, 2024 to Sunday, January 5, 2025 as I will be off on holidays. If you wanted to borrow any materials to have during this time, please be sure you make arrangements to get them before the library closes on Wednesday, December 18th at 5 pm. Any requests made for library materials while I’m away on holidays will be processed when I’m back on Monday, January 6, 2025.
