Your feedback is needed to support a student project!

We have received great feedback and will keep the survey open until 9 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Please share this survey with others working in your program.

ELQI is very fortunate to welcome a student from the Trent University nursing program. For this placement, Jaimie will be completing a project to be used within our local early learning and childcare community to support the wellness of educators.

Please take a couple of minutes to complete this anonymous survey and provide feedback that will be used to help Jaimie complete the project. As you are completing the survey, please remember the term ‘educator’ is used to represent all staff working in any position and it is not limited to Registered Early Childhood Educators.

Here is an introduction from Jaime:
My name is Jaimie Rainville and I am a nursing student at Trent University. Currently, I am doing a clinical placement with Community Living Trent Highlands and have learned that Early Childhood Educators have been experiencing extremely high levels of stress and burnout due to the various demands of their jobs. I will be working on a semester-long project to address this issue and am hoping to learn from current ECEs more about the ways in which this field of work contributes to high levels of stress and burnout, as well as what they feel that their needs are in addressing this.

You can complete the survey here. This survey will close at 9 pm on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. (edited October 10, 2024 to extend the survey – it is now open until 9 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2024).

While the project will be shared with our local early learning and childcare community, educators from other communities are also welcome to complete the survey if they would like.
