The Early Learning Quality Initiative (ELQI) has a public Facebook page and Instagram where you can follow us to stay in touch with us on those platforms if you’re interested.
Travelling Tales is a library of inclusive children’s books; it has a public Facebook page and Instagram you can find more information on different titles in our collection, resources and information related to topics found in the library.
If you are an educator/staff working within our local early learning and child care community, we also have a private Facebook group you are welcome to join. This group does require you to answer some questions before you can be approved to join the group. In this group we are hoping to create a community of resource and information sharing; this could be sharing resources, additional professional development opportunities, and a place to connect with other educators/staff working within our local community.
The Early Learning Resource Program has a public Facebook page too. This page shares local events, resources and activity ideas for families. Since this is a public page, anyone is able to follow this account.
If social media algorithms aren’t of much interest to you, no worries at all! The important thing to know is if you want to keep seeing content from us, you need to interact (like/react, comment and share) with our posts. The more people interact with our social media posts, it also helps them be seen by more people.
2023 we will be working at posting consistently to these accounts and look forward to connecting with you there as well!
